Everyone's journey is unique, and you can continue to access sessional support for as long as you benefit.
At the free initial consultation session, we will discuss how many sessions you would like or may be practical for your needs. I advise a minimum of two sessions as the first session includes contracting and getting to know each other.

Sessions are priced according to a sliding scale.
Work involving external agencies is charged at £75 p/h
Work organised directly with yourself is £50 p/h

If you would like to pay in advance for a set of 4 sessions, a 10% discount will be applied.
Payment is via BACS.

My room is located near Calf Health Marina, and if you would prefer to use the outside for sessions, we can discuss whether it would meet your needs. (Weather permitting, too. I don't mind some rain, but I have limits and how wet/cold I want to get.)
Walking sessions are also available. Please contact me to arrange and discuss.

I use Google Meet for my video sessions, and so if I ask or say something you do not feel comfortable with, you can use a thumbs-down emoji or similar to indicate to me to stop talking.
