Hi! I'm Vic. I am a qualified integrative psychotherapist/counsellor (MSc, MBACP) as well as a coach (TA/ILM).
Counselling / Psychotherapy is a space to work through issues such as anxiety, stress, trauma and relationship struggles. I am a qualified counsellor and registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I trained at Staffordshire University, where I completed an MSC in Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counselling, including research into experiences of therapy for adults who have had a diagnosis of ADHD in adulthood.
Coaching is a space where we explore struggles relating to executive functioning skills and challenges such as time management and organisation. I am a certified coach via Transformation Academy, and I have an ILM certificate in Enhanced Performance Strategies for Neuro-Differences in the Workplace.
Therapeutic coaching is a blend of counselling and coaching, and is often suitable for individuals who are neurodivergent and need a space that supports them with a combination of executive functioning skills and processing past or current experiences.
I am a trauma-informed practitioner and believe in the importance of learning self-regulation and feeling safe for people to be at their best. This means there is an overlap between how I practice counselling and coaching. However, I tend to offer them as separate services so that the intent of the sessions is clear. I will integrate both in the form of therapeutic coaching, and if this is something you are interested in, we can discuss and agree on this together.
You will be treated with patience and respect when you contact me, and I aim to act with transparency and honesty in all of our interactions. I have and follow a client confidentiality policy.
I offer a free initial 30-minute video or telephone call for you to ask any questions and get a sense of how I work and whether we are a good fit.

I am an integrative practitioner with experience working with children from 8+, young people, and adults.
I work from a client-led perspective, putting you at the centre of our sessions together. I tend to use acceptance-based ideas, and I love developmental neuroscience, as it often makes sense of the responses and reactions we have.

Executive Skills Coaching/ Life Coaching sessions can be 1-2 hours long, depending on your preference. In this, we look at aspects of life, work and education that you find challenging and find ideas and strategies that work for you.
I work with individuals or on freelance contracts for organisations.

I offer bespoke training for education and business on understanding and supporting neurodivergence.
Please contact me directly for details.
